Furniture Warranty Policy

At Makemyspace, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture products made from premium materials. To ensure our customers have a clear understanding of the warranty coverage offered, we have outlined our warranty policy below:

Warranty Duration

1. Product Warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on our finished furniture products using different brands of Plyboards and hardware.

2. Hardware and board Warranty: The hardware components provided by brands such as Century, Green  Hettich and Hafele, as well as the boards used, are covered under the warranty provided by these respective brands for 10 to 15 years. Please refer to the individual warranty policies of these brands for specific claims.

Warranty Coverage

1. What is Covered:

   • Defects in material or workmanship reported within the warranty period will be addressed as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

   • Minor service warranty for 2 years, which includes minor alignments, tightening screws, and adjustments necessary for optimal performance.

2. What is Not Covered:

   • Physical damage, including scratches, dents, or any form of abuse, is not covered under our warranty.

   • Any damages due to water leakage will void the warranty.

   • Customers are required to reach out directly to the respective brands for hardware-related warranty claims.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

1. Contact Makemyspace within the warranty period to report any defects.

2. For hardware-related issues, please consult the respective manufacturers’ warranty policies. Our customer service team can assist you in directing your claims to the appropriate brands.
